Delicious Blackberry, Strawberry, and Banana Smoothie!

Ingredients for a full batch

  • 2 cups of non-fat milk (or milk preference of choice)
  • 1 cup of whole strawberries (don’t measure them chopped or you’ll get a difference in calorie intake)
  • 1 cup of blackberries
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 cup of ice

Ingredients

Toss the sliced up ingredients in the blender and mix it up until smooth/creamy.

Serving size is 1cup (78 calories) and the full batch is about 5cups (about 390 calories).
